Players track their sessions (coin-in, theo, ADT), organize tier status and W-2G tax forms, and connect with VIP hosts on their own terms. It is a record-keeping and analytics tool for play that already happened — not a gambling product. Core features are free for players.
- How is LoyaltyVIP different from my casino's loyalty app?
- Casino apps work for the casino and only see your play at that one property. LoyaltyVIP is player-owned and cross-property: it computes theo and ADT across every casino you play, generates tier-match requests, and never shares your data unless you create a share link. Casinos can't see what you don't share.
- Is it really free for players?
- Yes — core player features are free, forever, with no credit card. Revenue comes from the host and casino-partner marketplace (credit packs), not from selling player data.
- Does LoyaltyVIP have an API or MCP server for developers and AI agents?
- Yes. There is a public REST API (OpenAPI 3.1 at /openapi.json) and an HTTP MCP server at /mcp. The public U.S. casino directory needs no key; a player's own data requires a user-minted API key. See /developers.
- How is my data protected?
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing is shared with a host unless you create a share link, which is expiring, revocable, and audit-logged. You can export or delete your data at any time.
