We use AI for boring data-extraction work that saves you hours. We don’t use it to model you, surveil you, or surprise you.
What we use it for
OCR for player cards & W-2Gs
Computer vision extracts text from photos. Runs on stateless inference; the photo is not retained beyond the time it takes to process and store the structured fields you keep.
SSN privacy on tax documents
We extract only the tax fields (winnings, withholding, dates) from your W-2Gs. Cover box (b) before uploading to keep your SSN off the image.
Offer email parsing
Extracts offer values, expirations, and terms from forwarded casino emails. Per-account inbox; we don't train models on the contents.
What we won’t do.
- Train models on your data, ever
- Use your sessions or W-2Gs to enrich third-party datasets
- Run AI-driven dynamic pricing or upsell logic on your account
- Generate AI-written communications to hosts on your behalf without you reviewing first
